Shipping and Delivery: 

1. Shipping & Delivery Method: Greenleaf Health Care Inc uses Canada Post and UPS Xpress, APLUS Express or Tracked Packet to deliver your order to make sure you will receive your order on time. Once you place an order with Greenleaf Health Care Inc, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details. You can check your order information online.

 2. Shipping & Delivery Time:  One business day after your order confirmation sent

 3. Free Canada Delivery with orders over U$300.00. This may vary during promotion period.

Returns & Replacement:

1. Return:

All products are checked carefully before delivery. We are very pleased and honored to help you have a wonderful shopping time here. All products from our website could be exchanged or returned within 30 days with a prove of purchase. The items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging condition and in an unused condition.

CAUTION: For the first time user for CA Greenleaf Massage Lotion, please ensure to put a small amount of lotion on the arm for side effect test. If no rush or any other uncomfortable sign appeared after 10 minutes,  follow the user instruction to use the product.

2. Replacement:

In order to replace a product, the shipping charges, all duties, taxes and additional fees for international exchanges are to be paid by customer, except for the faulty item produced by Greenleaf Health Care. Please e-mail us the tracking number once the package is sent out to us. We are not responsible for returned products lost in the post.

3. Refund:

If any purchased product from this website is found to be faulty,such as incorrect size, color ect, you have the right to return it and claim for a FULL REFUND, also you can require exchange without any extra cost.
Please be aware that shipping fee is not refundable, except that items have been returned because they are faulty.
